Jennifer Scaggs, M.A. SLP, LMT, CBS

Jennifer Scaggs is a bilingual speech-language pathologist and massage therapist and the founder of Brighter Connections Speech and Wellness. The focuses of her practice are treating pediatric feeding disorders, orofacial myofunctional disorders and children with dyslexia or other reading and writing difficulties. 

She has completed advanced training in the following areas: 

• Lactation support

• Feeding therapy for ARFID 

• Orofacial myofunctional therapy

• TOTS specialty training (for tongue/lip ties)

• Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT/Gillespie Approach)

• Massage for TMD/jaw pain

• TummyTime!™ Method training (for pre-crawling babies)

• Orton-Gillingham training (for dyslexia)

• Executive function skills

• Bilingual assessment and intervention

• Multicultural issues, diversity and equity

When she’s not working, Jennifer enjoys reading, homeschooling her kids and spending time outdoors. She also loves music and coffee!
